When you do not take enough water and lose more in sweating than the consuming quantity, you become dehydrated. It is the best way to add veggies, fiber, proteins and carbohydrates in your diet at once. Soups are healthy alternatives.

Humidifiers are also a good source of staying hydrated, especially in winter when air is dried. It benefits your nasal passage and saves you from upcoming cold and cough.
